$350 for 2-hour appointment

Includes:

  • Expert Guidance: Design ideas personalized to your home’s aesthetic and your unique tastes

  • Layout design: Problem solving for those tricky spaces

  • Selections Sheet: Make a plan with a detailed list of the decisions you will need to make to complete your job.

  • Purchasing List: Specific items needed to get the polished look. I will show you examples from my favorite stores and photos of finished work that are appropriate for your tastes

  • Paint Color Consultation: Avoid costly painting mistakes with expert selections

Doesn’t Include:

  • Mood Boards

  • Computer model of room layout

Personalized Design Portfolio

Perfect for single-space decor projects or a one room remodel

Flat fee determined after initial consultation

Includes:

  • Digital Mood Boards:

  • 2-D Computer Layout if needed

  • Purchasing List: Detailed list with live links to retail stores so that you can easily purchase all of the items for your home as your budget allows

  • Paint color profile: detailed document with graphics of all paint color selections and sheens for every surface (ceiling, walls, trims, doors, bookcases)

  • Electrical Installation guide: spec sheets and hanging instructions for fixtures

  • Portfolio with all above included. This will allow you to be the project manager and assist your contractor in following the design plan

  • In-person presentation of the design portfolio to explain all of the specifics and answer any questions you may have

Doesn’t Include:

  • Designer communication with contractor

  • Designer involvement with implementation of plan

  • Accessories

Full-Service Design

Perfect for large projects and clients who want personalized designer support throughout the entire construction process

Full-service design clients are taken based on availability and project fit
